Citizens' Resentment About The Overflow Of Soekarno Hatta Airport Which Violates PSBB

JAKARTA - The situation from the COVID-19 pandemic, in Indonesia, is still not in a safe status. But somehow, the government has provided an exception for citizens who wish to travel by air.

This can be seen from the crowd of passengers who are processing flight documents at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Similar to the #McDSarinah incident, netizens criticized the crowd for ignoring social or physical distancing at the airport.

From VOI's search, the incident began when a Twitter social media user @adriansyahyasin uploaded the atmosphere at Soekarno Hatta Airport which is claimed to be located in Terminal 2. It was seen that the situation of passengers was quite busy and booming when going to undergo a rapid test at the airport.

At least until 14:42 WIB, there were 3,500 thousand tweets from netizens who criticized this. The hashtag #Soetta has also become a hot trending topic on the Twitter social media universe.

Not only that, another account @ Wulanps51383893 questioned the government's policy regarding citizens who are allowed to travel out of town. He assumed that only those who brought assignments should be allowed to leave, but not ordinary citizens.
