JAKARTA - Vivo officially expanded the X200 series family by launching its latest champion, Vivo X200T, in the Indian market on Tuesday, January 27. This phone is positioned as a "Flagship Killer" that brings significant improvements to the performance and battery life sectors, but still at a more competitive price compared to the Pro model.
The Vivo X200T comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, a 3nm fabrication chipset that has been optimized to handle heavy workloads and high-level gaming.
Not only fast, this phone is equipped with a jumbo battery with a capacity of 6,200 mAh which is supported by fast charging 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. This battery capacity even exceeds the standard of the regular X200 variant, making it one of the best-lasting phones in its class.
In the photography sector, Vivo does not play around by attaching a three-camera configuration of 50MP which has all bagged certification from the renowned optical manufacturer, ZEISS:
Main Camera: 50MP with Sony IMX921 sensor and OIS.
Ultra-wide camera: 50MP using Samsung JN1 sensor.
Telephoto Periscope Camera: 50MP with 3x optical zoom capability.
The 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1,500 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits complete its visual luxury. Interestingly, the Vivo X200T already runs Android 16 with the OriginOS 6 interface and promises support for operating system updates for up to five years.
The phone is also very tough with IP68 and IP69 certification, which means it is resistant to dust as well as high-pressure water immersion and spray.
In India, the Vivo X200T is priced starting at 59,999 rupees (around Rp11.3 million) for the 12GB/256GB variant and 69,900 rupees (around Rp13.2 million) for the highest 16GB/512GB variant. Although its launch is currently only confirmed for the Indian market, fans in Indonesia should be prepared considering that the regular X200 series has officially entered the country.
