X Launches Starterpacks, a New Feature to Find the Best Account According to Your Interests

JAKARTA - The X social media platform announced the launch of a new feature called Starterpacks which is designed to help users find the best accounts according to their interests.

Through the Starterpacks feature, X curates the most active creators and accounts from various niches and countries. This curation is specifically for new users to make it easier to find relevant accounts, both popular and small-scale creators.

"In recent months, we have scoured the globe to find the best posters in every niche and country," Head of Product X, Nikita Bier, said in an announcement via a post on X.

Starterpacks allow users to choose a topic of interest, then the system will recommend a collection of accounts that are considered the most qualified in that field.

"Starterpacks are intended to help new users find the best accounts - both large and small - according to their interests," he added.

Bier said that this feature will be launched gradually and is targeted to be available for all users in the next few weeks.

Currently, X has about 1,000 Starterpacks and plans to increase the number to 3,000 packages in the coming months.

"Thank you for all the feedback you have given. We will continue to improve the Starterpacks periodically," concluded Bier.
