DreadOut Remastered Collection to be released on January 14 on Xbox Series

JAKARTA - Soft Source Publishing publisher and Digital Happiness developer announced that they will release DreadOut Remastered Collection for Xbox One on January 14, with a price of 29.99 US dollars (Rp504 thousand).

In a recent announcement on the official Xbox blog, the DreadOut Remastered Collection will bring together two titles in one package, namely DreadOut and DreadOut: Keepers of the Dark in one collector's edition.

In its first game, DreadOut, you will play as Linda, a high school student who is trapped in an old town that has long been abandoned.

The story begins when a group of high school students get lost while on a study trip and find a city that seems to be asleep in silence. However, the remote city is actually inhabited by evil forces from the world.

In the midst of this situation, Linda is the key. She begins to feel the emergence of foreign powers within her, abilities that may be the only way to save herself and her friends from supernatural threats.

Meanwhile, DreadOut: Keepers of the Dark is a standalone horror game set in the same universe, as well as being the "missing chapter" of the main DreadOut story.

In this game, you will follow the events when Linda is transported by the mysterious figure Lady in Red to the Mirror Realm, an inter-world portal connected to eight cursed regions.

Your task remains the same, namely to help Linda survive the terror that continues to lurk, while determining the storyline through the choice of doors and paths that are opened throughout the game.

In addition to the two main games, the DreadOut Remastered Collection also includes a number of additional content, such as DreadOut: The Untolds Webcomic, the official DreadOut manga, original Soundtrack and Background Music, and the original OST.
