JAKARTA - The Buriram United Esports team from Thailand won the title at the Global Finals 2025 Free Fire World Series (FFWS) event which was held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Thai team managed to outperform 11 other elite teams in the Battle Royale Grand Final round to win the most prestigious title.
Led by GETHIGH, WASSANA, JOENA, MOSHI, and THECRUZ, Buriram United Esports displayed extraordinary consistency and calm throughout seven matches.
Buriram United Esports flagship player, Mariwat 'WASSANA' Panyawai, also won two individual awards at once, namely Grand Finals Most Valuable Player (FMVP) and Predator, after recording a total of 22 eliminations and 13 assists.
