Here's How To Quickly Disable Find My Feature On IPhone Before It's Sold

JAKARTA - Apple has a Find My feature that has a function to protect users' iOS devices, when the phone is lost or stolen by an irresponsible party.

However, there are several possibilities that require you to disable the Find My feature, such as when you plan to sell or give your iPhone to someone else, move to a new Apple ID, or change to a new iPhone.

Well, if you are in that condition, follow the fastest steps to disable Find My via the Settings menu on your iPhone device.

After that, the device will be released from your account and the Activation Lock will be deactivated. If you intend to sell the device, you should delete all your personal data first.

However, if you don't have direct access to your iPhone because it's damaged, it's being repaired, or it's been sold you can still disable Find My iPhone remotely.
