Ripple Launches Ripple Payments Demo, Facilitates Cross-State Currency Conversion

JAKARTA - Ripple officially introduced a demo of Ripple Payments products through their website, which is designed to facilitate cross-border transactions with instant conversion mechanisms.

The Ripple team has prepared a Ripple Payments demo on our website, "wrote Reece Badminton, one of Ripple's executives, via his X account.

In the display of the demonstration that was shared, users can see balances in USD and RLUSD (RIpple USD), make international payments, and access foreign exchange exchange rates in real-time.

The main feature shown is the ability of the system to directly convert fiat currencies to recipients in more than 100 markets with just one unified solution.

This will make it easier for users to manage transactions and cross-border payments, with the aim of making the process faster, cheaper, and more transparent than the current system.

As one of the crypto investment platforms in Indonesia, Pintu assesses that this feature can increase Ripple's position compared to competitors in the stablecoin market and the growing payment settlement.
