Interestingly, OPPO is said to be the first to adopt this sensor through their flagship series, OPPO Find X9 Ultra. Rumors of the presence of Sony's 200MP sensor have actually been circulating for a long time, but the latest leak from the famous tech tipser Digital Chat Station on Weibo reinforces information that this sensor is really ready to launch.

Several previous reports have even mentioned that OPPO Find X9 Ultra will use the 200MP main camera, but the certainty that Sony, who is the supplier, has become a surprise that has caused a stir in recent weeks.

Sony's 200MP sensor is said to have a size of 1/1.1 inches, larger than the 1/1.3-inch sensor used in flagships such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
