Jobstreet By SEEK Launches SEEK Pass, Verification Feature For Safer Recruitment

Jobstreet by SEEK, a professional job search platform, has launched a new SEEK Pass feature to Indonesia, which is designed to make the recruitment process faster, more transparent, and also safe.

In Indonesia, the SEEK Pass was launched with two main types of credential verification:

Career History Verification

Verify Identity via KTP or Passport

With this verification combination, the SEEK Pass ensures candidates display authentic and validated profiles, helping them stand out as well as creating a faster and more reliable recruitment process.

"With identity verification and work experience, candidates can appear prominent in competitive work markets, and build trust from the early stages of recruitment," said Wisnu Dharmawan, Sales Director, Indonesia, Jobstreet by SEEK.

Previously, the SEEK Pass had proven to provide added value in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), with more than three million users and more than nine million verifiable credentials.

In Australia, this feature is trusted by 200,000 companies, of which 50% of applications now include verified credentials, and the verified application is 16% more likely to be included in the list of selected candidates.
