JAKARTA - Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs (Menkomdigi) Meutya Hafid revealed that he had not had time to watch the film Merah Putih: One for All due to the tight work agenda in the last few days.

Meutya explained that the schedule was being filled with various activities, ranging from visits to the DPR and MPR to internal meetings at the ministry. Especially before the 80th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.

"In the next few days, the activity will be quite busy starting from the DPR, MPR. Then also at the office there will be many activities. We are still having meetings to prepare the best and educational spectacles for the community on carnival day," said Meutya when met in Jakarta, Thursday, August 14.

For this reason, Meutya has not been able to comment on the animated film which is being discussed by the Indonesian people. "I haven't seen it yet, so I can't give a response," he said.

The animated film Merah Putih: One for All is still the talk of netizens because apart from poor visual graphics, the idea of a film story that plans to premiere on August 14 in this cinema is considered clich.

Initially, this film was referred to as a film funded by the government to increase the sense of nationalism of the Indonesian people, especially ahead of the commemoration of the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day which falls on August 17.

However, Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar denied that the animated film Merah Putih One For All received financial assistance from the ministry.

It didn't stop there, the vocal coach and content creator, Indra Aziz, also tried to prove that the original soundtrack (OST) of the animated film Merah Putih One For All was indicated to be made by artificial intelligence (AI) devices.

Through the content uploaded on his Instagram account, Indra tried to prove his allegation with the help of Shazam, an application capable of identifying songs.

He played songs from the animated film through the TikTok application, then identified it with the Shazam app from the cellphone. But as a result, there is no song that matches the OST.
