BSSN Builds Integrity Zone, Strengthens Human Resources And Cyber Governance

The Center for Human Resources Development (Pusbang SDM) of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) has officially launched the Development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) Towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK).

The Main Secretary of BSSN, Susilo Wibowo, emphasized that the development of the Integrity Zone is a real commitment from the top leadership and all ranks, not just administrative ceremonies.

"Zona Integrity is not just an administrative label, but a reflection of commitment to building a bureaucracy that is tough, adaptive, and has integrity in the digital era," Susilo said in a statement.

In addition, according to him, the increasingly complex challenges, where digital transformation has expanded the risk of cyber attacks on data and the government system also strengthen the urgency of strengthening human resource capacity and safe and reliable bureaucratic governance.

In line with this, the Head of the BSSN HR Development Center, Colonel CKE Tomy Arvianto, said that the HR Pusbang does not only act as the organizer of technical training, but also as an institution that forms cyber security ASN character and integrity.

He emphasized that the development of ZI is an important step to create a work culture that is transparent, accountable, and has a direct impact on improving service quality.

"Through this declaration, the BSSN HR Center stated that it is ready to become a pilot work unit for an inspiring Integrity Zone, both within the internal environment of BSSN and within a wider scope of government," he added.
