JAKARTA Last year, OpenAI integrated the ChatGPT service to Google Drive so that users can upload files. Now, the company brings the ability to access all files in it.

Through a press release, OpenAI says that ChatGPT can now connect with Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Sharepoint, and OneDrive. Users can ask any questions about spreadsheets or documents stored in them.

For example, users can ask questions like 'How much is A's revenue in the first quarter of last year?' or 'How many times have I been on vacation to Italy last year?'. Users can get answers without the need to search for files one by one.

"ChatGPT will clearly compile and present data, and respect the permits in your organization at the user level, from the documents, with quotes," OpenAI said, quoted by The Verge on Thursday, June 5.

ChatGPT also gets a Record Mode feature that can help users record meetings, make monologists think, or create opinion sharing sessions. All the records and transcriptions generated will include quotes.

This quote will be labeled time and action items. You may not have found this feature in ChatGPT because the feature is still being expanded gradually. This feature is also limited to eligible users.

This recording feature is only available for users who subscribe, while integration to third parties such as Google Drive and OneDrive is only available to ChatGPT Team, Enterprise, or Edu users.
