JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs has warned 36 Private Scope Electronic System Operators (PSE Private) to immediately register and update data.
Of the total, 23 (twenty-three) Private PSEs have not fulfilled their registration obligations even though they have been identified as operating and targeting the Indonesian market and while 13 (thirteen) other private PSEs have not updated the registration information.
"Komdigi has taken a persuasive approach and massively socialized this regulation to ensure national digital sovereignty and protect the public as users of digital services," said Director General of Digital Space Supervision of the Ministry of Communication and Industry, Alexander Sabar.
