JAKARTA - Anthropic announced that it has launched a voice mode feature to the Claude mobile application both on iOS and Android devices.

This new feature allows you to talk to Claude and hear his responses in voice, making it easier to use Claude when your hands are busy.

When Claude talks, the app will also display important points on the screen, ensuring information remains easy to capture visually.

In addition, users can easily switch between sound mode to text, or vice versa. Especially for paid subscribers, Anthropic provides access to Google Docs, Calendar, Gmail, and your web browsing via voice conversation.

Voice mode is currently only available in English and is part of the regular usage limit according to the user's subscription package.

Free users can enjoy about 20-30 voice messages per session, while paid subscribers get higher usage limits for longer and more complex conversations.

The company confirmed that the chat transcript and voice records summarized will be stored in your chat history such as regular text conversations.

You can even select one of the five available voice options when you first activate sound mode. To change the sound later, go to Settings > Sound Preferences.

This step demonstrates Anthropic's commitment to making Claude an AI assistant that is increasingly responsive, contextual, and easily accessible in various daily situations.
