JAKARTA NASA presents its television channel to Prime Video, Amazon's popular film and serial streaming platform. This Free Ad Support (FAST) Television service is available from Tuesday, May 6.

This launch is part of NASA's commitment to expanding information about science to children to adults. Through this channel called NASA+, viewers can see science missions, aeronautics, and human flights to space.

The hope is that the expansion of this platform can inspire a new generation. By introducing all the programs they run, NASA wants to share stories about innovation development, exploration, and discovery.

"Stating NASA+ on various platforms allows the agency to share its missions more efficiently, from launching astronauts on the International Space Station, to looking behind the scenes of teams protecting Earth from asteroids," said Wes Brown, Acting Administrator of the NASA Association.

Brown said that NASA would use Prime Video to provide their views on the secrets of the universe. All of this content is shared in the form of original documentaries to free live launch coverage.

"NASA provides a direct view of how the agency explores the secrets of the universe for the benefit of everyone by ensuring content is easily accessible and widely available to the public," Brown explained.

In addition to watching NASA+ through the FAST Prime Video channel, science and space technology enthusiasts can also watch NASA+ shows in the form of independent applications. This service can also be accessed on platforms such as Roku, Apple TV, and Fire TV.
