JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital together with cellular operators, including Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, XL Axiata, and Smartfren dispatched a team of telecommunication service quality standby posts in 2025.
In this effort, Komdigi and South opel dispatched around 1,500 personnel, supported by 29 operational vehicles, including frequency monitoring vehicles and complaint service vehicles.
