Unable To Give BHR To All Driver Partners, These Are Criteria That Get Bonuses

JAKARTA - Grab Indonesia stated that it was unable to comply with the direction of the Indonesian government to provide holiday bonuses (BHR) for all driver partners registered on its platform.

"However, Grab will try to implement this policy in accordance with the company's financial capacity," said Grab Indonesia Chief of Public Affairs, Lord Munusamy in an official statement received on Thursday, March 13.

As a form of corporate responsibility, Grab will provide BHR to driver-partners with criteria that must be met, namely active and well-performing partners.

Qualified partners are those who are active and perform well, with the main criteria as follows:

By considering these criteria, Grab ensures that the performance bonus given can be right on target and supports Driver Partners who have actively contributed to Grab's ecosystem, "asked your partner.

Currently,men admit that Grab is currently still in the finalization stage of BHR calculations by referring to the average monthly net income for the last 12 months for Active Partners and performing well.

"Grab is very careful in this matter, so it still provides benefits for Active Model Driver Partners, without endangering Grab ecosystem stability and sustainability," he said.
