Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly entering everyday life. Now the technology will also be used to help manage stress. BlueSignum, the company behind the digital journal DailyBean application, has developed an AI-based solution called Lime AI. This AI assistant will be launched in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 event in Barcelona, Spain, last week.

When facing stressful situations without support from others, managing stress can be a big challenge. Lime AI comes as a solution that provides personal insight and guidance whenever and wherever users need it.

In a press release, BlueSignum said that Lime AI is supported by the latest professional psychological research and AI technology, making it an innovative tool in stress management. The main feature of Lime AI, Stress Session, allows users to express their feelings and discuss things that burden their minds.

Lime AI will listen and identify the main factors that cause stress. Furthermore, this AI assistant will help users find hidden forces and internal resources that can be used to cope with stress. At the end of the session, users will receive Stress Analysis, in the form of an in-depth analysis of their situation.

In addition, users will also get a Strategy Card, which contains various stress management techniques and a concrete list of steps that can be applied directly when under pressure. Lie AI supports interactions in text or voice form, so they can be used more flexibly.

BlueSignum also plans to launch an AI Lime for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in the near future. The goal is to help users manage stress while driving, shopping, or doing other daily activities.

Meanwhile, the world of AI continues to grow rapidly. OpenAI has just launched GPT-4.5, their latest AI model which is claimed to be the most sophisticated to date. With this development, AI technology such as Lime AI is expected to play a more role in improving the quality of life of its users.
