Through this collaboration, Bank Mandiri Taspen uses the e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) technology identity verification process from VIDA, to ensure security and comfort in each transaction.

Meanwhile, Founder and Group CEO of VIDA, Niki Luhur also emphasized that e-KYC VIDA technology not only facilitates account opening, but also strengthens security and trust in digital transactions.
