Apple Will Keep IPhone SE 4 Prices Affordable

JAKARTA Apple is reportedly preparing to launch the fourth generation iPhone SE which will still be the most affordable iPhone device. However, the latest report states that the price of this device could increase to close to 500 US dollars (IDR 8.1 million).

According to a report sourced from the well-known leaker blog eux1122, a Japanese news outlet stated that the iPhone SE 4 will be priced at less than $500. The blog also claims that the iPhone SE 4 will use Apple's self-designed 5G modem, replacing Qualcomm's 5G chip used in previous iPhone models.

If these rumors are true, the iPhone SE 4 will be Apple's first device equipped with homemade 5G modems. This move is considered part of Apple's strategy to reduce dependence on third parties like Qualcomm.
