JAKARTA - Hyundai has announced its newest car from the MPV type called Staria. The company announced Staria's launch at a virtual event on Tuesday 13 April.
This latest Hyundai car comes with a 2.2 liter diesel engine and a 3.5 liter gasoline engine. This Staria car is scheduled to hit the market in the second quarter of 2021.
"We are very pleased to introduce Staria, which represents our latest effort to spearhead the evolution of mobility while meeting evolving lifestyle needs", said Thomas Schemera, Hyundai Executive Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer.
This effort is a breakthrough made by Hyundai to present smart mobility solutions. In addition, Staria is also expected to be able to realize the inside-out design method.
This latest Hyundai car comes in two models, namely the standard Staria model and the Staria Premium model. The car can also be used as a cargo transport that has three to five seats.

In terms of design, Staria is different from other Hyundai cars. Staria comes with a futuristic appearance that resembles a spaceship. On the front, there are Daytime Running Lights (DRL) arranged horizontally. In addition, there are also elongated supporting lights.
