JAKARTA - Kinetic Games developers announced that the early access version for the game Phasmophobia will be rolling out for PlayStation 5 with PlayStation VR2 and Xbox Series supports on October 29.

"We are very pleased to see Phasmophobia enter early access to the console," said Kinetic Games CEO and major developer Daniel Knight in a press release citing Gematsu.

Phasmophobia was first launched in Early Access for PC via Steam on September 18, 2020. As announced today, the game has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide.

"The community has asked for a console version, and has waited a while until it materializes. The development team at the Kinetic Games has worked very hard to make this request come true," Daniel continued.

Phasmophobia is an online cooperative psychological horror game that can be played up to four players. In this game, you and a team of paranormal investigators will enter the location of your dreams to collect as much evidence as possible.

Not empty-handed, you can use ghost hunting equipment to find and record evidence that can be sold to the ghost destruction team.

Meanwhile, developers have also announced that the price of Phasmophobia will rise on all platforms to US$19.99 (Rp322 thousand) later this year, having previously cost US$13.99 (Rp225 thousand).
