Apple Launches IPhone 16 Series In 21 New Countries, Indonesia Not Included

JAKARTA The pre-order period for the iPhone 16 series has been open since September 13. Shortly after the ordering period opened, this phone became available in more than 50 countries on September 20.

This device is available for the first time on the Apple Store of the US, Canada, Japan, China, South Korea, and dozens of other countries. Dozens of Apple Stores in various countries immediately get a long queue to take or buy the iPhone 16 series.

Now, Apple has released the device in dozens of other countries. Quoting from the 9to5mac report, the iPhone 16 series was expanded on Friday, September 27 to 21 new countries. The country includes Brazil, Georgia, Macau, Vietnam, and much more.

Until now, Apple has not announced when the new device equipped with Apple Intelligence will enter Indonesia. Therefore, the selling price for the iPhone 16 series in Indonesia is still not known with certainty.

However, judging from the selling price in the US, the iPhone 16 is priced at 779 US dollars (Rp 11.7 million). If you reflect on the previous generations of iPhones, the iPhone 16 series may be sold starting at Rp. 13 million in Indonesia.

In addition to releasing the iPhone 16 on the Apple Store in dozens of countries, Apple has also released several of its newest wearable devices, namely AirPods 4, AirPods Max, Apple Watch Series 10, and Apple Watch Ultra 2.
