Collaboration, Tokopedia Presents Via DANA Transaction Payment Options

JAKARTA - DANA, the leading digital wallet in Indonesia, announced its cooperation with Tokopedia, as a means of payment in completing customer transactions at Tokopedia.

Through this collaboration, Dean Krstevski, COO DANA Indonesia said that DANA has again confirmed its commitment as one of the most complete payment systems available in almost all of Indonesia's largest online shopping services.

"We are excited to welcome Tokopedia as part of our partners that allow people to experience a comfortable digital transaction experience on one of Indonesia's leading online shopping platforms," Dean said in a statement received on Wednesday, September 4.

By integrating it to all leading online marketplaces, Dean hopes that DANA can encourage positive growth in the digital economy while increasing financial inclusion for the Indonesian people.

This collaboration was also welcomed by Astrid Tampubolon, Tokopedia's Vice President of Payment and Fintech, who also hopes to encourage economic equity while increasing financial inclusion in Indonesia through the use of technology.

"Now through collaboration and the capability of a secure and easy digital payment system from DANA, we hope to continue to provide convenience and financial solutions that are inclusive for Tokopedia users, especially in meeting daily needs online through Tokopedia," he said.

People who shop through Tokopedia, can now use DANA as a means of payment in completing transactions at Tokopedia.

The non-cash payment method with DANA can be an option, with the source of the funds coming from the balance stored in the DANA digital wallet account.
