How to Enable or disable Live Voicemail

For the record, if you use iOS 17 or later, Apple says that the Live Voicemail feature will be enabled by default.

When Live Voicemail is active, your phone will receive incoming calls to record the caller's voicemail so that you can see it directly.

It should also be noted that the standard call rate may apply. The caller can't hear you and you can't hear them unless you answer the call.

Then, after the call, you can find the voicemail your phone captures with Live Voicemail on the Voicemail tab on the Phone app.
