Spotify Will Be Added As Gemini Extension

JAKARTA Google will launch Spotify extensions into Gemini. With this extension, Spotify will be integrated with Gemini and users can use the Artificial Intelligence (AI) model as a quick access. Last May, Google added a YouTube Music extension to Gemini. Once added as an extension, Gemini can find music, search for albums from specific singers, search for specific song genres, to play songs on YouTube Music. All that can be done through an AI chatbot experience. Users only need to submit orders and Gemini will do so. Although the launch time is not yet known, Gemini users can do the same with Spotify. Found first by Android Authority, Spotify's integration with Gemini is hidden in Google app updates to Android. Gemini uses Robin's codename and next to him there is an explanation of Spotify. Google's version 15.22.28.29 update shows code strings showing some Spotify activity, such as the process of getting into Spotify's account or login and music playback on Spotify quickly.

Although these signs of integration are already visible, it is not certain when Gemini users can play Spotify through Gemini. It seems that this integration will not happen in the near future because YouTube Music is experiencing the same thing. Evidence of YouTube Music's integration with Gemini has been around for quite a while, but its extension just launched last May. Even though it has been launched, the order to use YouTube Music at Gemini has not been working optimally.
