PaySpace Acquisition, Deel Wants To Present Best Payroll Platform

JAKARTA In March, Deel as the developer of the Human Resources (HR) platform announced that they had acquired PaySpace, the HR solution provider company and the leading payroll platform.

This acquisition is claimed to be Deel's biggest acquisition. Unfortunately, the transaction value of this acquisition is unknown because Deel did not disclose the number of acquisitions. They only explain aspects that make the acquisition value big.

"This is due to the value and size of the PaySpace platform. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the number of acquisitions," Karen Ng, Regional Head of Expansion and Market Lead Singapore, Hong Kong, ASEAN, India, told VOI.

By acquiring PaySpace, Deel now has control of the company's payroll platform. The software is already available in 44 countries, including Africa and the Middle East, so this acquisition will strengthen Deel's position in the industry.

"This acquisition strengthens Deel's global payroll capabilities," Karen said. "This acquisition places Deel as one of the leading payroll software leaders in the world."

Karen explained that this complete software will benefit customers. The reason is, their software will provide greater flexibility, control and speed for the needs of the payroll platform.

The platform developed by PaySpace is already very capable because it uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), the technology that many companies are looking for lately. Therefore, PaySpace payroll platform is considered unmatched.

Unfortunately, this platform is not yet available in Indonesia. It is not known whether PaySpace's payroll platform will be launched in Indonesia, but in the near future, the platform will be launched in England and Brazil.
