Coma Employees Up To 2 Years, SpaceX Sued For Company Negligence

JAKARTA SpaceX, a commercial space company owned by Elon Musk, has been sued by the wife of one of the workers. This lawsuit was filed because SpaceX was considered negligent in maintaining employee security.

Ydy Cebada demanded SpaceX after her husband, Francisco Cebada, fell victim to a rocket engine failure in 2022. Francisco was injured due to components from a broken Raptor V2 engine during pressure testing.

In the SpaceX facility room, the component, which is a homemade fuel controller, bounced and headed towards Francisco's head. As a result of this accident, Francisco fell into a coma for more than two years due to his fractured skull.

Her husband's worsening situation made Ydy file a lawsuit in Los Angeles, California. This lawsuit proves that security at SpaceX is indeed very bad, moreover the victim has already reached the queen.
