RevComm announced that MiitTel, its AI-based smartphone system, has won four awards at the BOXIL SaaS Summer 2023 event.

In the contact center category (inbound), MiitTel was named "Good Service," and won first place in three other categories: "Ease of Initial Setup" (Early Settings Ease), "Quality of Support" (Support Quality), and also "Impression of Sales Representative" (Sales Representative Impression).

BOXIL SaaS Award Summer 2023 is an award event organized by Smart Camp, the leading SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) comparison service provider with its platform, BOXIL SaaS. This award aims to appreciate superior SaaS services in various categories.

BOXIL SaaS Award Summer 2023 winners were selected through the assessment and selection process based on thousands of user reviews and comments uploaded to the BOXIL SaaS platform during the period April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
