Chiliz (CHZ) Launches Mainnet To Help Sports Industry Connected With Fans

JAKARTA Chiliz (CHZ), which focuses on blockchain services for the sports world, recently launched the main network (play network) or the Chilez Chain public mainnet. This effort is the next step in helping the sports industry connect with their communities by leveraging blockchain technology.

For information, Chiliz Chain is a layer-1 blockchain ecosystem integrated with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). With the launch of this mainnet, Chiliz intends to present a network of 11 node validators called Proof of Stake Authority (PoSA).

Later, these eleven validators will be responsible for validating transactions and securing the Chilez ecosystem. They also allow developers to buy important projects in web3 space related to the sports industry.

That way, the model is expected to deliver lower transaction fees, support shorter block times, using more efficient and sustainable energy. All transactions on the network will use Chiliz's crypto token, CHZ.

Chilez is currently working with the 150 leading sports teams in various countries. Chiliz is also the creator of fan tokens through Socios.com. A number of top sports clubs have entered into partnerships through Socios, including FC Barcelona, AS Roma, Juventus, PSG, Manchester City, SSC Napoli, Arsenal, Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid, and so on.
