The spread program can vary from adware, which displays ads on the user's screen, to trojans that collect information about users secretly.

The game about the world of Harry Potter hasn't even come out yet, but it's become a real phenomenon, talked about by many gamers around the world. It's very popular with them, like me, growing up with books about the story of a witch boy, as well as among the younger generation, "said Olga Svistunova, security expert at Kaspersky in a statement received in Jakarta.

According to Svistunova, with such a large fan base, this game has become a target for cybercriminals who want to take advantage of the popularity of the world's famous stories.

"Our advice is always to be vigilant and only download games from official app stores and don't forget to use trusted security solutions," he concluded.
