JAKARTA - Windows 11 is the latest computer operating system Microsoft has launched with all its upgrades compared to Windows 10, but not everyone likes the new (UI) interface and operating system utility.

If you are one of the people, you can choose to return to your old Windows such as Windows 10. However, this does not apply if you have purchased a new computer that has installed Windows 11 from scratch.

There's no way to get Windows 10 if your PC is sent with Windows 11. It's worth noting, the way below is only for computer users who have already upgraded their devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and want to lower the version back to their old operating system. Check out how.

How to Back to Windows 10 from Windows 11

1. Go to the browser on your computer and go to Microsoft's support website.

2. Visit where you view Create Windows 10 installation media and click Download the tool now. You will be asked to save the tool to the download folder.

3. Now, you'll see a file in the download bar at the bottom of your browser called MediaCreationToolXXX.exe. Click this file to launch utility.

4. You have to accept EULA before it is allowed to install tools, but this is a standard operating procedure for all software, and this product is supported and created by Microsoft.

5. Once the tool is installed, open, and you will see the question, What do you want to do? Press the first option, Improve this PC now.

6. Select Accept as quoted from GHacks, Thursday, January 5, on the next screen, you want to click Change what to keep below two items that are checked.

7. Click No. If you don't save any files because you reset your computer to a completely new version of Windows.

8. Then you will be asked to click Next, and then you have to click Install so that the tool installs Windows 10 to your PC.
