JAKARTA - Twitter Blue has now extended the duration of uploading videos via web for up to 60 minutes or an hour with a quality of 1080p and a size of up to 2GB.
It seems that this increase has emerged because Elon Musk wants to keep his promise, since the Twitter takeover to make the platform more attractive to video makers.
" Twitter Blue subscriptions can upload videos up to 60 minutes to the size of a 2GB (1080p) file only on the web," Twitter said by update on the Twitter Blue page.
Prior to this update, Twitter Blue subscribers could only upload a 10-minute video on the platform with a resolution of 1080p with a file size limit of 512MB. Unfortunately, if you upload from iOS or Android, this limit still holds.
"We are trying to maintain the video quality as high as possible for all videos uploaded to our platform," explained the social media platform.
"However, we can change or adapt your original videos to distribution, syndicate, publication, or broadcast by us and our partners and/or make changes to adapt them to different media, including changing the resolution and speed of the original video bits while streaming based on the speed and stability of viewers' internet connections," he added.
On the other hand, Twitter has added a feature to find out the number of tweets globally in Android and iOS apps, although currently on the web this feature hasn't appeared yet.
