This feature, named TOMI Online Services (TOS), is intended to improve services for more than 190,000 digital service points in each of its consumer smartphones throughout Indonesia.

This feature can also help various types of services such as BPKB collection orders, extension of STNK, accelerated repayment, changes in credit structure, changes in maturity date, overcredit, cash fund programs and new car credit applications.

The innovation of the TOS video call feature makes TAF the first financing company to provide personal service capabilities by real customers service officials.

Budi Setiawan, Marketing & Sales Director of Toyota Astra Financial Services also commented that with the TOS in the Flex application, consumers no longer need to make physical visits to the nearest branch.

"We want to ensure that consumers will get the same quality of service as physical visits to the branch. We designed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) specifically for TOS, to ensure consumers get services that are solution, efficient, without leaving any doubt when the video call session is over," explained Budi.

To connect with TOS customer service in the FLEX application, consumers can click on the 'video call' feature in the FLEX TAF application available to users on the Apple Store and Play Store.
