Twitter Stop Moments Features On Its Platform To Most Users

JAKARTA - Around 2015 ago, Twitter began rolling out the Moment feature, a feature that allows users to create a collection of tweets to make it easier to keep up with the latest events on the platform.

Unlike making threads on Twitter, with Moments, we can present these tweets even more interestingly.

But unfortunately, this feature could not last long. Because today, Thursday, December 8, Twitter announced that it would stop the Moment on its platform.

Not all moments last. As of today we’re removing the option to create Moments for most users as we focus on improving other experiences. Don’t worry, you can still see past Moments and follow Live events on Twitter.

"Not all moments take place. Starting today we are deleting the option to create Moments for most users because we are focused on improving other experiences," Twitter wrote in its tweet.

Earlier in 2018, Twitter had stopped Moments for Android and iOS mobile apps, and until now Moments are only available on Twitter.com websites.

But with today's announcement, Twitter will gradually remove Moments on all platforms.

But you don't need to worry, because the company owned by Elon Musk said it was only removing the ability to create a Moment, meaning you could still see the moment before and take part in the Live show on Twitter.

"Don't worry, you can still see the previous moment and take part in the Live event on Twitter," Twitter concluded in its announcement.

Twitter hasn't said in detail when the Moment will be fully stopped, however, it's a good idea to take advantage of your Moment.
