JAKARTA - Proton, a technology company from Switzerland that offers privacy-focused online services sharing some upcoming updates to Proton Mail, Proton's email service.

"Towards the end of 2022 and entering the new year, we want to develop stronger protection against technologies that interfere with your privacy, improve your reading experience, and make your day more productive," Mathew Stastny, director of product management at Proton, said on his blog.

Similar to the existing features in Gmail, this feature will allow Proton Mail users to schedule your email delivery to make it more flexible.

This feature will prevent senders from knowing when you open an email and make their tracking data not work. This tracking protection will be applied by default in the Proton Mail app for iPhone/iPad.

This feature allows you to set a reminder when you have to reply to an email. You can also delay sending emails by hiding them, then Proton will remind you of the email later.

Just proton categorize the email received automatically based on the sender category. For example, your social media notification will be separated from the appearance of your main inbox.

In the Proton Mail mobile app, you can search for message content, and find your email more easily than ever. All your encrypted emails are downloaded to the local index on your device so you can search safely.

Proton will present Simple Login, which will allow you to easily create emails when registering for a new online service.

If you write an email and attach a file that exceeds the Proton Mail file size limit, the file will be uploaded automatically to Proton Drive and sent as a secure link.

Proton will also implement Mobile Sign-Ondi mobile devices so you can access all Proton apps by simply logging into one of them.
