Norman admitted, DANA, one of the digital wallet applications from Indonesia, which is 5 years old, has always been the number one application in the financial app category.

"DANA is always the number one application for the finance category. Although sometimes we are at number 2 or 3 when there is a certain promo in other applications, but after that it is finished, we are consistent in number one, either on iOS or Android," said Norman.

Norman also revealed that as of November 2022, DANA has reached 130 million users (users), with a total transaction number per day of IDR 15 million.

Expressing the secret behind the application, Norman said DANA has always put user experience into its main strategy.

"Not only 'there is advanced technology, it continues to be given to customers'. But, we depart from user experience. Only then do we determine what will be given to users, what is best for users," said Norman.
