JAKARTA - Elon Musk has sent additional letters to be the reason for stopping the deal on Twitter Inc. The Tesla CEO has filed a complaint from the whistleblower from the former head of social media company's security for another reason, to cancel a 44 billion-dollar deal.

Last week, Peter 'Mudge' Zatko, a notorious hacker, said in his complaint that Twitter prioritizes user growth rather than reducing spam. Even Twitter allegedly claims that they have solid security plans.

Musk and his legal team said in a letter dated August 29, if the allegations were true, then Twitter had violated some of the terms of the merger agreement. This means Musk could easily overturn his acquisition plan against Twitter.

Twitter, however, said in its lawsuit that the cancellation of the acquisition was invalid and false based on the provisions of the agreement between them.

Musk himself has also called Zatko, to search for the most information about how microblogging sites measure spam accounts.

Musk decided to end the deal with Twitter in July. He also said the company misled him and regulators about the true number of spam or bot accounts on microblogging platforms.

According to Musk's new lawsuit on Tuesday, his legal team declared allegations on certain facts, which Twitter knew before July 8, but were not disclosed to them, providing additional basis and differing from ending the deal.

The latest turnover of events comes as both sides go to court for five days at the Delaware Chancellor's Court which starts on October 17. Twitter asked Chancellor Kathaleen flowick to order Musk to keep buying it for $54.20 per share they agreed on from the start.
