Use 3D Computer Graph From Epic Games, Creative Assembly For Developing Latest Action Games

JAKARTA - Video game developer Creative Assembly confirmed that they are developing a new action game project.

According to its announcement, Creative Assembly said the title of this new action would sit down with their previous games, Total War, Hyenas, and other studio projects that had not been announced.

The upcoming new action game from Creative Assembly will be built using the 3D computer graphics game engine from the latest Epic Games, Unreal Engine 5 (UE5).

"This will be a significant wait before further details are revealed, but Creative Assembly is very pleased to see this dedicated project team formed as part of the ongoing expansion of the CA Sofia studio in Bulgaria," the studio said in its announcement on Twitter, quoted Sunday 28 August.

To help with this latest project, Creative Assembly also recruited teams by prioritizing candidates with experience in working on third-person games using Unreal 5.

"Current priority includes game design, programming, technical arts, and animation," added the studio.

Previously, CA Sofia had released several DLC Total Wars which managed to deliver on the extraordinary success of their first independent title, A Total War Saga: TROY in August 2020.

"CA Sofia will also continue to be home to a dedicated Total War team working on future releases," he said.
