"Supergroupers give you the power to bring together your dream band of artists and share your creative combinations with friends and fellow fans," the company said in its announcement.
To use the Supergrouper feature, you can follow the steps below, and create a new collaboration.
First and foremost, make sure your Spotify app is up to date. Visit https://spotify.com/supergrouper on your mobile device. Choose your artist: Choose the artist you want in your dream band. Or you can let Spotify shuffle artists for you based on your listening habits. Add a name: Take your personalization one step further and give your supergroup a custom name. Share and listen: Supergrouper will create a personalized playlist for you featuring music from all your supergroup artists. Even more interesting, you will receive a special card to share with friends and followers on social media.In its announcement, Spotify said that Supergrouper will only be available to Spotify users in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.
