JAKARTA - Valve just sent an update to Steam OS on Friday, 27 May. Currently Steam OS 3.2 is full of great improvements.

The first increase is the refresh rate. Players now have the option to quickly adjust the in-game screen refresh rate.

If the default was 60Hz, but now you can shift it down to 40Hz. Or any number in between the two settings.

The next update is one of the most frequent complaints among Steam users.

Valve has worked hard and has an OS-controlled fan curve update. Valve allows the Steam Deck's internal fan to respond to heat quickly and intelligently.

"This has been tested extensively, and we are constantly working on improving it, so let us know what you think," the company wrote.

Steam OS 3.2 also includes more built-in screen resolution options for games to choose from, fast formats for microSD cards, and increased speaker volume audio to max, even higher.

The last update is playing together remotely. This feature wasn't actually part of the Steam OS 3.2 update, but it's still a big problem for users.

Valve has finally shipped Remote Play Together, the feature that allows a friend to join your game remotely is now fully functional on Steam Deck.
