Modellista Will Show Off Toyota BZ4X Modification At Tokyo Auto Salon 2025

JAKARTA - The Tokyo Auto Salon 2025 Exhibition will be a stage for aftermarket manufacturers and companies in Japan to show their ability to display their flagship products, one of the participants participating is Modellista.

The Toyota specialist's tuner company will participate in the event by showing off different innovations such as the 'Modellista Concept Zero'.

Japanese media Car Watch reported on Saturday, December 28, that the concept is based on Toyota bZ4X electric cars. Unlike display cars or concepts in general, this project was created as a study model to explore the customization of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) in the near future.

Although the manifestation of this concept is not yet known, Modellista released a teaser showing the silhouette of this Modellista Concept Zero with a dynamical and futuristic design.

It is estimated that this car will only get modifications to the exterior, such as other Modellista models. This means that the company will not improve its performance or distance to this Toyota bZ4X.

Modellista will reveal this concept on the opening day of the exhibition, precisely on January 10, 2025 which will take place at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan.

Now, Toyota bZ4X is equipped with an AC Synchronous Electric Generator powered 150 kW and a 266 Nm torque installed on the front, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in 8.3 seconds.

The performance is combined with a battery with a capacity of 71.4 kWh so that it can provide a distance of 460 km to 530 km according to the WLTC cycle.
