During those 30 days, you can restore it to where it was posted on Facebook, move it to the Archive, or choose which content to delete before the 30 days are over.

However, if after 30 days you do not choose to restore, the content will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

6. Find the post you want to restore, then tap the ellipsis next to it.
7. Select Restore to profile.

The process for recovering deleted posts on Facebook Web is similar to the Android app, although the icon placement may vary slightly.

1. Launch a web browser and go to Facebook.com.
2. Go to your profile.
3. Click on the ellipsis icon and select Archive Click Trash in the left sidebar.
4. Find the post you want to restore, click the ellipsis next to it, then select Restore to profile.
