JAKARTA - After the change in the match schedule for the Esports sport at the 2021 SEA Games, the results of the FIFA Online 4 drawing show that the Indonesian national team is in team B along with Singapore and Thailand.

Today, 12 May, FIFA Online 4 athletes from all participating countries are attending a technical meeting and preparation for Esports athletes to prepare their respective setups for training in the training room provided by the committee.

Being in the same group with Singapore and Thailand seems to give a little worry to the athletes of the Indonesian national team, knowing that both countries have won the EACC.

"Perhaps from the group division, we are in the tougher group in my personal opinion, because Singapore and Thailand have both won EACC," said Rizky Faidan, a FIFA Online 4 athlete, in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The national team athlete himself admitted that the EACC (EA Champions Cup) is the highest tournament for FIFA Online 4.

"Especially Thailand yesterday, they've only won the EACC twice, they're the current world champions, so yes it's become our toughest opponent in the group," he continued.

With a tough opponent, Rizky said that they are optimistic that they will compete for gold for Indonesia. "Be optimistic, you must," when interviewed by the Garudaku team on their Instagram reels.

The Indonesian National Team Match for FIFA Online 4 will be held on May 14 and 15, 2022.
