JAKARTA – Rebellion announced the launch of Sniper Elite on May 26 on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC. As before, the game's makers will include an Xbox Game Pass version from day one.
As a game developer, Rebellion has also announced a Season Game Pass for players who wish to save additional content after launch.

The trailer for Sniper Elite 5 is also out. The trailer shows off more of the main story and characters that players will meet.
"Karl must use all the skills at his disposal to gather intelligence about the plan. He makes sure the plan never comes to fruition. This will pit him against the mastermind of the scheme, Abelard Möller, an Axis Obergruppenführer, who must be stopped at all costs," reads one line from the game description.
Rebellion has also revealed details of the Sniper Elite 5 Deluxe Edition. The game includes not only pre-order content but a Season Pass as well.
This Season Pass will give players access to a post-release two-part campaign on an extensive map. There they can arm themselves with an expanded arsenal of authentic World War II weapons. Even customize their snipers with new character packs and weapon skins.

Rebellion says that everyone who pre-orders Sniper Elite 5 gets a new mission in the Target Führer campaign. This campaign is called "Wolf Mountain".
In this mission, players must sneak into Hitler's mountain retreat, the Berghof, in an attempt to assassinate the Nazi leader in the most imaginative way possible.
Berghof is protected by heavily armed guards. So this is not an easy task. Those who pre-order also get a P.1938 suppressor pistol.
In addition to the campaign, Sniper Elite 5 has an "Invasion Mode". This version allows players to enter other campaigns. Players can take on the role of an Axis sniper trying to kill other players.
There is also a more traditional multiplayer mode. Here 16 players can fight in sniper battles.
