In addition, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has also created a help center via WhatsApp, which allows the public to print vaccine certificates via WhatsApp.

This service was created to help people who have difficulty downloading vaccine certificates in the PeduliLindung application. You only need to send a request to print a vaccine certificate to the WhatsApp number that has been assigned by the Ministry of Health.

How to Print Vaccine Certificate with WhatsApp

To print a vaccine certificate using a WhatsApp number, the first step you can take is to save the official WhatsApp number created by the Ministry of Health to serve requests for assistance from the public regarding the Covid-19 vaccination.

Save the number 0811-1050-0567, which is the phone number of the Ministry of Health to help with everything about Covid-19 vaccinations. If so, open the WhatsApp application on your phone.

Create a new message on the "Chat" page and open the Indonesian Ministry of Health contact that you previously saved.

Next, you can start a conversation by sending a "Hello" message or any sentence in the chat field. Later, an automatic reply will appear that reads "Welcome to the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Official WhatsApp. To get started, please click the Main Menu and select a service".

For the record, conversations with the Ministry of Health contact through this WhatsApp number are served by automated bots.

To continue the process, click the "Main Menu" button in the chat reply, then select "Vaccine Certificate", then click the "Send" button.

Wait a while until you receive a reply. If you have received a reply message, you are asked to enter your phone number registered in the PeduliLindung application.

After that, enter the six-digit OTP code that was sent via SMS to your phone number, then wait until you receive a reply that reads "Congratulations, you have successfully entered the PeduliLindung help center service, please select the menu below to access our services".

Next, three services will appear that you can choose from, namely "Download Certificate", "Vaccination Status", and "Change Personal Information".

To download the Covid-19 vaccine certificate, click the "Download Certificate" button on the available menu. Next, enter your full name along with the NIK registered in the PeduliLindung application.

The Covid-19 vaccine certificate that you have downloaded can be viewed in your phone gallery, and you can use it to go to public places.
