How to Create a Zoom Background Using Canva and Install it During a Meeting (Canva)

Creating a Zoom Background Using Canva

To create the background you use for Zoom Meetings using Canva, the first step you can take is to enter the Canva app if you're using a smartphone, or visit the Canva homepage on your device's browser.

After logging into Canva's main page, users can choose from the available templates. The Canva app creates categorizations for Zoom backgrounds so you can select them and find the background template design you want.

Choose a template that has a "Free" logo in the top corner, so you don't have to make a payment when you want to use it. If you don't like the existing template, users can create their own design by clicking on the "New" icon in the form of a "+" sign on the main page.

After that, enter the various elements that you want to appear. Users can also upload your photos, or photos that are on your device, and add text or captions.

After your Zoom background has been beautified with images or text, as well as other elements, users can save the image on your device by clicking the "Download" button in the upper right corner.

Finally, make sure the selected file type is "PNG", then click the purple "Download" icon, and select the folder to save the Zoom background you created.
