English League Cup Schedule: MU Vs West Ham, Chelsea Face Aston Villa

JAKARTA - On Tuesday and Wednesday local time the English League Cup will hold a round of 32 which will play a total of 16 matches.

In this round, there is a match between the top division football teams in England, namely the Premier League.

Manchester United on Wednesday night local time must again face their opponents in the fifth week of the Premier League, namely West Ham.

At this meeting, Manchester United will act as the host and last weekend the Red Devils managed to win the match over the Hammers with a score of 2-1.

On the other hand, West Ham will view this match as the perfect opportunity to take revenge after their defeat last weekend to Manchester United.

In the last meeting, West Ham had to lose narrowly because of a late goal from Jesse Lingard and David De Gea's brilliance saved Mark Noble's penalty.

Next up is the match between Champions League champions Chelsea and Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, September 22, local time.

Chelsea is currently showing a positive trend in the Premier League after recording four wins and one draw from five matches.

In the Premier League, Chelsea had previously won the match against Aston Villa with a 3-0 score at Stamford Bridge on 11 September.

It is estimated that Chelsea will save some of their important players in this match considering that the Blues will face Premier League champions Manchester City this weekend.

In addition to the MU vs West Ham and Chelsea vs Aston Villa matches, the Premier League Cup will also feature matches between fellow top division residents such as Norwich vs Liverpool and Wolves vs Tottenham.
