This Beautiful Basketball Player Takes Advantage Of Busy Competition Holidays At The Health Center

JAKARTA - Sports competitions have been temporarily halted due to the COVID-19 outbreak. One of those affected was the Srikandi Cup, a women's basketball competition that had to stop.

This pause period is used by the players to do other activities. Merpati Bali Center, Dewa Ayu Made Sriartha Kusuma, for example. He is now focused on education.

The player who is familiarly called Ayu takes advantage of the available time to do an internship at a health center in Bali. He admits that he doesn't plan to do an internship in his hometown, but he doesn't want his time to be wasted.

"The problem is that if you wait for COVID-19 to be finished, when will you be. So take advantage of the time for the internship," said Ayu.

During her apprenticeship, Ayu was busy carrying out further measles immunization activities. The athlete who was born on November 20, 1998 helps health workers in preparation for immunization.

"Not only immunization services, Ayu also helps in the administration of the puskesmas," he said.

Even though she is busy doing her internship, Ayu doesn't forget to practice. He keeps his physical condition by running the program given by the coaching team to keep him in good condition.

The exercise, he continued, was recorded and then sent to the coach of Merpati Bali. Ayu admits that she doesn't know when the club practice will be held again.

"There is still no (direction)," he said.
