Isco's Controversial Like On Twitter Reaps Criticism

JAKARTA - Isco became a trending topic in Spain on Tuesday for liking rapper Rayden's post. The Rapper distributed photos of t-shirts that read; "All Cayeton Are Bastards," refers to an anti-government group of protesters in the Salamanca area of Madrid who are labeled "Cayetanos".

The ACAB initials are more commonly used for the term "All Cops Are Bastards", but are updated to refer to recent events in the Spanish capital.

As a result of liking the post, Isco received some criticism as well as support.

Isco then countered the criticism on Instagram by denying that he supported any political party.

"I'm just here to clarify that I'm not green, or red, orange, or blue,"

"I am a Spanish who is disappointed, tired and worried about an unusual situation like this and I am disgusted by the number of casualties this pagebluk has caused.

"My opinion is, if anyone is interested, it is time for the politicians (whichever party they come from) to unite. This attitude does not represent me. It's time to take responsibility."

Meanwhile, journalist Alfonso Ussia criticized Isco's appearance on social media by stressing that he did not deserve to be a Real Madrid player.

"Florentino Perez, no matter how much your friend [Antonio Garcia] Ferreras defends the little man, let's see if you dare to put him on the market (transfer)," he said.

"This strange little man with a jihadist beard does not deserve to continue his career at Real Madrid.

"He became a millionaire only by the grace of Florentino Perez; no matter what the club has to offer, removing him from the club would be an act of austerity."
